Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website via our Track Order page. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Delivery Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at support@etern.store for a full refund or a free reshipment. Most orders arrive well within our estimated windows, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Multiple Items in One Order
To ensure the fastest delivery possible, items in a single order may be shipped separately from different partner locations. This means you may receive more than one package, possibly arriving on different days.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply once the package reaches your country. For orders to the USA under $800, duties typically do not apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.
Address Accuracy
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
