At Etern Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Overview
To ensure a smooth process, please review our key return conditions:
- Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
- Return Reason: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For defective or damaged items, we cover all costs.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@etern.store.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos and videos showing the issue.
- Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return address and instructions.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind), you must purchase a shipping label via a reliable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Defective Items: If the item is faulty or damaged, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or issue a full refund/replacement without requiring a return, depending on the situation.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
